Todos los jueves de 2026, el Tropicarium de Budapest se llena de emoción con una experiencia alucinante: la alimentación de tiburones, que puedes ver muy de cerca con toda la familia. Los cuidadores, todos expertos buceadores certificados, se sumergen en un tanque de agua salada de 4 metros de profundidad, que contiene casi 1,4 millones de litros. Allí, alimentan a mano a estos depredadores y ponen los focos sobre una auténtica joya: el pez guitarra cola de tiburón, una especie rarísima que no verás en ningún otro lugar de Hungría. El espectáculo empieza a las 14:30 y los tiburones se dan un banquete de entre 12 y 15 kilos de pescado marino.
Primera fila para flipar y relajarse
Acomódate frente al enorme cristal del acuario, deja que la música ambiental te envuelva y disfruta viendo cómo los tiburones se deslizan, giran y juegan. Es el mejor sitio para admirar de cerca tanto la fuerza salvaje como la belleza y el movimiento elegante de estas criaturas.
Por qué fascinan los tiburones toro
A diferencia de la mayoría de tiburones, los tiburones toro suelen agruparse; pueden reunirse decenas en pecios o entradas de cuevas. Además, pueden tragar aire en la superficie y guardarlo en el estómago para ajustar su flotabilidad. Su largo hocico, su mirada fija y fría, y esos dientes afilados que sobresalen, hacen que parezcan mucho más agresivos de lo que en realidad son. Esa imagen alimentó durante décadas la fama de peligrosos sin pruebas reales y causó matanzas que diezmaron las poblaciones en el sureste de Australia.
