Kids across Hungary are getting a boost of calm, confidence, and sharper study habits this year, thanks to a nationwide rollout of Agykontroll (Mind Control) courses tailored for young learners. The two-day trainings promise practical tools: better focus, pain relief techniques, faster recovery from illness, goal-setting skills, dropping bad habits, smarter decision-making, and a steadier, more energetic mood. Sessions run in multiple cities and districts from June to December 2026, with groups split for younger and older students where noted.
