June Highlights
June 12 opens with the outdoor premiere of the short documentary Wild Waters (Vadvízország), filmed in Nagykörű and Doba Plain (Dobapuszta). The evening begins with an exhibition and a communal toast, followed by a roundtable with the cast, creators, local farmers, and experts on floodplain farming along the Tisza and landscape-scale water retention. June 13 brings the Big Cherry Market. On June 27, the Night Gastro Market lights up the village.
