July 10–12, the crew charts a mini escape to Istanbul (Isztambul) without leaving town, filling the room with the glow of spice and the clink of shared plates. It’s a three-day fling with everything we love about Turkish cooking: a table crowded with little bites, the warm perfume of cumin and mint, and the easy joy of passing plates around. For one weekend only, the menu swaps its passport and goes full Bosphorus—short, punchy, and built for grazing.
Only Here, Only Now
Expect limited-time dishes and drinks you won’t find on any regular night, plus a couple of playful surprises the team is keeping close. Think textures layered over heat, tang balancing smoke, and sweets that arrive like a finale and a dare. The bar joins in with Turkish-inspired sips tuned to the kitchen’s rhythm.
Book It Before It Vanishes
Tables are expected to go fast, and reservations are strongly recommended. Three nights, countless small plates, all heart.
